HYDRAULIC SERVICE TROLLEY

FUNCTION

Designed for convenience and engineered for excellence, the Hydromobile(HST)-120,200,200E is an advanced, totally independent duplex hydraulic system. It is designed for simultaneous servicing of two independent aircraft systems. Hydromobile incorporates advanced technology and industrial hardware to create an effective fluid management system.

Two independent systems with stepless flow and pressure control using stackable pumps mounted on same prime mover shaft eliminates use of fault prone gear box system, reducing heat, noise and energy wastage. Excessive heat is further removed by massive cooling through air to fluid radiator.

A rugged torsion bar-sprung chassis is provided with a sturdy industrial steering system. The side panels and canopy are sound attenuated.

Though designed for aviation requirements, Hydromobile Service Trolley can as well be used either as a power pack for providing hydropower or as a test bench for testing hydraulic components in co-ordination with required fixtures.

  Hydraulic Reservoir   180 Ltrs. Stainless steel tank.
  Flow Meter   Turbine type with digital indication.
  Oil Sampling   In both pressure lines.
  Hoses   20 meters long hoses with quick release coupling at either end.
